Wayne Fjeld is a senior manager with Moss Adams LLP. Mr. Fjeld provides a range of valuation services for operating companies, family limited partnerships and limited liability companies, with a special emphasis on Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs). He received his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria, B.C. and has obtained the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute. He is also an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in Business Valuations from the American Society of Appraisers, is past President of the Seattle Chapter and is currently a member of the Valuation Advisory Committee at the ESOP Association. Mr. Fjeld has written articles on the subject of valuations and has lectured on valuation and financial analysis to professional groups.
