B. Christopher Lee, Esquire, is a principal attorney at Jacoby Donner, P.C. located in Philadelphia, PA and Mt. Laurel, NJ. . Chris has over 30 years experience practicing commercial litigation and dispute resolution, primarily involving the construction industry. Chris has extensive experience representing owners, construction manager, subcontractors and design professionals in multi-million dollar claims for delay, acceleration and other time related claims, construction failures, design defects and contractor termination. He now spends about half his time as an arbitrator or mediator for the American Arbitration Association resolving complex construction disputes.

Chris graduated from Washington & Lee University, B.A., cum laude and received his law degree from Temple University School of Law, J.D. Since 2006, he has been selected by his peers as one of eleven Philadelphia construction lawyers to be listed in Best Lawyers in America, (Woodward & White).

Some of Chris' recent Speaking Engagements include "Getting Paid in a Down Economy", presented to the Philadelphia General Building Contractors Association and Building Contractors Association of South Jersey in 2012, "Mechanic's Liens and Bond Claims" to CFMA and General Building Contractors Association in 2010 and multiple seminars to various trade associations on new the ConsensusDOCS and revised AIA construction contract forms in 2008.

Some of Chris' professional associations include: the International Bar Association, American Arbitration Association, National Construction Dispute Resolution Committee, National Bond Claims Association, General Building Contractors Association, Building Contractors Association of New Jersey, American Institute of Architects, and the Pennsylvania Council of Mediators. He is also a Board Member of CFMA's Philadelphia Chapter.
