Richard (Rick) Sharpnack is President of Sharp Capital Consulting, LLC located in Denver, Colorado. He is an expert in compensation planning and compensation plan implementation and communication for construction -industry companies. His company provides business-to-business consulting services in the areas of executive compensation planning, particularly nonqualified, deferred compensation plans for executives, and incentive compensation planning. They also provide consulting services in succession planning, mergers and acquisition consulting, and ownership transfer planning for companies and company owners. He has over 37 years of total consulting experience. As President, he is responsible for providing overall strategic direction of his company, marketing and business development, and oversees daily operations.
