H. Kent Goetjen

Kent is a retired PwC assurance partner and was the firm's U.S. Engineering & Construction industry sector leader. He has over 30 years experience providing service to the engineering & construction sector. Kent's clients have included heavy and highway contractors, general building contractors, subcontractors, home builders, specialty contractors, suppliers and real estate developers.

Kent also served real estate funds, hospitality companies, investment funds and has a particular focus on growing privately owned organizations helping them maximize thier long term growth goals.

Kent's experience encompasses many complex transactions including joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions and mergers. He has also been involved as an expert witness in a number of complex construction disputes. Kent has extensive experience in providing auditing and accounting services, development of accounting systems, review and improvement of internal control systems and numerous other consultative services including business plan development, cash flow analysis, contract claims consultation and reviews and other business advisory services.
