He has 30 years of experience as an ERISA/benefits attorney and consultant, serving as the Director/Legal Department and Head of Operations for a Seattle-based pension administration firm, Regional Attorney and Retirement Plan Practice leader for a national benefits consulting firm, and Vice President in charge of Prevailing Wage Benefits, National Benefits Division, for Willis Corroon in Seattle, WA.
Bicknell received his BA in Accounting magna cum laude from the University of Utah and his JD from Brigham Young University. He is an active member of the Utah State Bar Association.
