Alan Clark MBA, CPA

Alan K. Clark, CPA, MBA, is a Partner at Smith, Adcock and Company, CPAs, in Atlanta, GA. He has more than 46 years experience in public accounting, with a specialty in the construction industry.   A longtime author for CFMA Building Profits, Al has written on construction taxation, accounting, and financial reporting for numerous regional and national publications and publishing houses. He has presented seminars and courses for many construction associations and groups. Al was a board member of CFMA’s Georgia Chapter, is a member of the Publications Advisory Group, and is the past Chairman of the Tax & Legislative Affairs Committee. He also belongs to the AGC Financial Issues Committee. Al was also the 2016 recipient of CFMA’s Chairman’s Award.
