John Marsicano is the Director of Shared Financial Services for the Structure Tone organization, which includes Structure Tone Inc., Pavarini Construction Company, Pavarini McGovern, Structure Tone Southwest, and L.F. Driscoll Co, LLC. The Structure Tone organization performs interior fit-out construction, renovation, and new core and shell construction.
John manages A/P, payroll, and cash management functions; oversees the Subguard and SDI programs and insurance audits; and works with the vice president of risk management on risk mitigation initiatives for the organization.
John’s professional career spans 27 years in the construction industry. Prior to joining Structure Tone, John worked for Turner Construction, J.A. Jones, and Clark Construction. He performed in various roles that ranged from project accountant to controller.
A member of CFMA’s New York City Chapter, John is a graduate of Manhattan College with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
