Chris Nemeth is a leader in the Crowe Horwath LLP M&A Services group and leads the firm's M&A Integration practice, delivering M&A planning and execution services to clients in industrial manufacturing, consumer products, aerospace, automotive, plastics, natural resources, electronics, metals/steel, and medical devices. Prior to joining Crowe, Chris was the lead M&A partner for The Keystone Group, managing partner of Integration Partners LLC, interim CEO of StraightLine Development, and M&A practice co-leader for Watson Wyatt Worldwide. A graduate of the University of Chicago, Chris has contributed to a number of books on M&A strategy and integration and speaks regularly on the problems and dynamics of M&A execution.
