Joseph Harper CPA, CCIFP

Joseph Harper, CPA, CCIFP, is the Corporate Controller of Kelly Roofing Bros., in Dayton OH. He previously served as CFO of Greater Dayton Construction Group. He has over 20 years of experience as a controller in construction and more than 10 years in public accounting serving contractors. His responsibilities include financial statement review, financial analysis, design and update of the cash projection for operating companies, and real estate ventures, including the development and monitoring of budgets. Joe a long-time constributor to CFMA currently serving on the National Executive Committee as well past Chair of the Education Steering Committee and serves on multiple task forces. Joe has presented CFMA's Basics of Accounting and Cash Flow courses in Ohio, Kentucky, and Pennsylvania and at CFMA's Annual Conference. Joe has also been a presenter for the Builders Exchange of Central Ohio and Allied Construction Industries in Cincinnati.
