Tom joined Moss Adams as a member of the tax department in 1994 providing tax, audit, and consulting services for middle-market companies. During the coming years he was critical in developing the tax incentive consulting division and began performing research and development studies in 2001. He oversees all studies performed and takes a proactive approach to engagement management, identifying opportunities to add value by drawing on relevant expertise throughout the firm. Tom also has extensive experience successfully defending companies during federal IRS and state examinations.
