| Robert Davidson
co-founded DGLF CPAs & Business Advisors in 1987 as an accounting and
consulting firm primarily serving the construction industry. In December 2015, DGLF merged with Marcum
LLP and continues to represent more than 300 contractors in 28 states. After
the merger, Robert transitioned from the CPA firm practice to form Davidson
Consulting to provide full-time consulting services to contractors. In addition to traditional audit and tax
services, Robert regularly consults with clients to provide litigation
support, claims cost documentation, continuity planning, valuations, merger
and acquisition services, and strategic planning. He has 40 years of industry experience and
has presented sessions for CPA associations and many national construction
industry organizations for more than 30 years. |
