Bendele, CPA, CVA, is a partner with Padgett Stratemann & Co. With more
than 28 years of experience in public accounting, she leads Padgett
Stratemann’s construction industry practice and manages the firm's audit
department. She also works with organizations that specialize in wholesale,
retail, and manufacturing. Her areas of expertise include construction
financial statements, corporate taxation, succession planning, surety
bonding, benchmarking, business valuations, and mergers & acquisitions.
In addition to being a CFMA member, her professional affiliations include
AICPA, ABC, CICPAC, ASA, and AGC. She is also an Advisory Member for the
University of Texas at San Antonio College of Business and has authored
articles for Texas Contractor, Equipment World Magazine and Construction
