Vickie Spotts CPA, CCIFP

Vickie Spotts, CPA, CCIFP, is the CFO at Zartman Construction, Inc., a mid-sized, Pennsylvania-based GC specializing in commercial and institutional building construction and equipment rentals. Since 1993 Central Pennsylvania Chapter has been her home and the CFMA Chapter where she served as President, Vice President, and Board Member. Vickie was CFMA’s National Chairman in 2008-2009. During her year as Chairman, CFMA developed the CONFINDEX Index, held its first educational Webinar, and focused Officers and Headquarters Staff on visiting CFMA Chapters for meetings and strategic planning. She has served on the Executive, Leadership (Chair), Chapter Resource, and Conference Planning Committees. She actively participates on National Task Forces and helped form CFMA’s Peer Groups. Vickie is an alumnus of CFMA’s Spring Creek and worked on establishing the National Mentoring Program. Vickie co-authored CFMA’s course, “Practical Leadership Strategies for the Emerging CFM” and “Building Accountable Teams.”
