Abigail Kong, CMiC: Abigail started off as a Product Analyst on the Project Management team in 2020. During this time, Abigail had the invaluable opportunity to connect with industry stakeholders and identify their pain points, while working with them to solve everyday problems. Abigail set out to improve everyday operations, prioritize development on highly desirable features, and create differentiation in CMiC which led to a new role as the Associate Product Manager. Abigail has assisted with the launch of CMiC SSO, re-imagined the SC rating app, and enhanced the Collaborate Gateway functionality using Azure. Abigail is eagerly anticipating collaborating with industry peers, harnessing their expertise and vision to drive CMiC to greater heights.
