Alex Warner CPA

Alex has 15+ years of tax compliance, consulting, and advisory experience with a focus on construction companies, its owners, and related foundations/trusts/estates. Alex is responsible for performing and supervising tax, accounting, and business advisory engagements. A member of the firm’s construction tax leadership team, Alex works to enhance the firm’s technical expertise and service capabilities specific to our construction business clients and its owners. He specializes in mid-to-large sized passthrough entities with a focus on multi-state, closely held businesses, with complex ownership structures. Alex has spent his career specializing in the specific tax/accounting issues that are unique to general and subcontractors. He prides himself in his ability to build strong relationships with business owners and management, with the intent of developing lasting partnerships with our clients.

He is a member of the Chicago chapter of CFMA and past board member. He holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Accounting from Wesleyan University and a Master's of Taxation from DePaul University.
