Brian Dowling

Brian is a Vice President in McGriff’s Construction Risk Services Division. He specializes in the design, placement, and management of loss sensitive, risk management accounts as well as Captive Insurance Programs. He currently manages accounts in three different Construction Captive programs, including contractors in the largest Construction Captive in the US.

Prior to joining McGriff in 2014, Brian handled coverage lines for one of the largest general contractors in the country. In addition, he has also placed over $2 Billion of Enrolled Construction Volume for Project Specific Contractor Controlled Insurance Programs (Wrap Ups), which has included some of the largest contractors in North America.

Brian holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Lycoming College in Williamsport, PA. Brian is based in Birmingham, AL, the headquarters of McGriff, Seibels and Williams, Inc.
