Cal Beyer is a national leader in workplace mental health and a champion of suicide prevention and opioid risk reduction. He is a Certified Wellness Practitioner through the National Wellness Institute. Beyer has over 30 years of professional experience in safety, risk management, insurance and business consultation. Cal is passionate about human capital risk management. Beyer is a regular contributor to various industry publications and a frequent presenter at national conferences. Cal is a member of the Executive Committee of the National Action Alliance for Suicide Prevention and the Lived Experience Advisory Committee of the Suicide Prevention Resource Center (SPRC). He partners closely with SAFE Project on overdose prevention. He serves on the Advisory Boards for MindWise Innovations, Youturn Health, Goldfinch Health, and Construction Business Owner magazine. From 2019-2023 he served as a member of the Expert Advisory Group for the Center for Workplace Mental Health.
