Cindy is a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) with over thirty years’ experience working in the commercial construction industry. Cindy has extensive construction industry experience including financial statement presentation and analysis, work in progress schedules, job profit analysis, cash management, crisis management, risk management, commercial insurance programs, claim support, lien laws, bond programs, FAR, Miller Act, dispute resolution, contract administration and negotiations, Davis Bacon Act, labor law compliance, internal controls and process improvements. Cindy is a results oriented construction industry expert with a demonstrated history of continuous improvement and problem solving skills to utilize in order to drive profits to the bottom line. Cindy is the incoming 222 Chair of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) Heavy Highway Committee and an officer on the CFMA Metro Detroit Chapter Board of Directors.
