As CFO, Cliff Atchison oversees and manages Homes By Dickerson’s accounting, IT and human resources departments. He brings more than 30 years of experience in privately held businesses, within residential construction, commercial architecture and two proprietary ventures in general contracting and securities investing. Cliff is known for his collaborative leadership style, honest communication, strong command of accounting principles, disciplined approach, and trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. He was named 2016 CFO of the Year by The Triangle Business Journal. Cliff holds memberships in the Institute of Management Accounts (IMA) and Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA). When he is not traveling or cheering for the Carolina Hurricanes and the NC State Wolfpack, Cliff enjoys quiet downtime with his wife and his friends.
