Connor Butler

Connor Butler is an Innovation Expert and Managing Principal at Relevate. During his extensive career, Connor became the leader for innovating the way construction work is done, and he has created a client-centric approach that excels and applies it as the foundation for how Relevate operates. He is passionate about high-performing teams, leadership development, and creating project cultures of continuous learning. He is an expert in Last Planner, team building, integrated project delivery (IPD) organization, and commercial agreements, as well as applying traditional lean manufacturing to construction. He has a long list of successes as a leader in construction projects, including the first major BIM implementation and the first IPD contract at Intel. Connor holds a BS in Engineering from the University of Arizona and an MBA Executive Program degree from Arizona State University.
