Courtney Hartnett is the Controller for R.T. Milord Company based in a Chicago suburb. Courtney has been in the construction industry for her 20+ career serving in various roles within the finance and accounting space. She has been a member of CFMA since 2014. In that time, she has served as a board member of the Chicago chapter, chaired and participated on many committees, and is currently serving as the Chapter’s Secretary. At the national level, she attended Spring Creek, has served on the conference planning committee for the past 3 years, the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion content subcommittee and is currently a mentor-client in the Mentor program. Courtney is the proud mom of 2 teenage boys, and loves to read and golf when she has free time.
