Denny Faurote is the founder of The Faurote Group. He is a professional trainer, consultant, and executive coach. He is also a highly sought-after keynote speaker. His most popular topics are life fulfillment, servant leadership, emotional intelligence (EQ-i2.0 model), teamwork, relationship strategies, change, and communication skills (presentation skills and executive presence). Denny’s creed is to help others succeed in the challenges of life. Prior to founding Faurote + group in 2000 Denny worked for an international public accounting firm in both a client service role and HR leader. Denny provides a unique perspective combining the business savvy of an accounting career and CPA with the human touch.

Since 2000 he has successfully developed and delivered thousands of programs to thousands of people around the world, effectively coached executives and managers to higher levels of performance, and been a consultant to a multitude of clients. He has also been recognized numerous times by the Indiana CPA Society as the “Outstanding Discussion Leader” and has also been awarded the “Outstanding CPA in Business Award” by the Society. He is also an adjunct professor at Indiana University Kelley School of Business where he teaches leadership at the graduate level.
