He has been a leader in the Construction Services Practice since co-founding the firm and provides risk management, surety, and insurance solutions to hundreds of commercial contractors including many national firms. Prior to entering the agency business, Doug held several senior surety underwriting and management positions with companies including The Home Insurance Company and the Reliance Surety Company.
