Eddie Corbitt

Eddie is currently Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Prism Electric, Inc and has served in that role since June of 2010. Prism is located in Dallas, Texas with three additional branch offices in Texas located in Fort Worth, Austin, and Houston and one office in Oklahoma located in Tulsa. Prism has over 700 employees and has averaged $150 million in revenue over the past five years. Prism focuses on commercial electrical construction, commercial electrical service with added operations in support of critical systems and low voltage applications for network, security and VOIP installations.

In addition to Eddie being responsible for the financial operations of Prism he also oversees its Information Technology and Human Resources departments and fills the role of risk manager. Eddie is a CPA and achieved his certification as an CCIFP in 2014 and has been a member of CFMA since 2000. Eddie achieved his BBA from Southern Methodist University. Eddie began his career in public accounting after college and spent the next thirty plus years working in and around the construction industry directly or in a consulting capacity in financing, development and commercial construction. He has focused in the electrical specialty contracting arena for the past 20 years. Eddie is a native Texan and has never lived or worked outside of Texas. He is married to his high school sweetheart and enjoys two grown children with five grandchildren. He plays golf as often as family, work and weather permits.
