Elise is a leadership professor, consultant and coach who has worked with hundreds of leaders in various industries over the past 15 years. Her sweet spot is creating high performing leaders and teams. Elise earned her Masters in Organizational Leadership and Development and has had the opportunity to work with our U.S. Navy Seals, city leaders, and law enforcement as well as organizations like Adobe, SAP, and the American Red Cross. She resides in sunny San Diego with her husband Hector.
