Elizabeth Lachowicz

Lead Instructional Designer/Facilitator, CFMA

As Lead Instructional Designer/Facilitator, Elizabeth contributes to the development and delivery of CFMA course content. As a professional in learning and performance, she has developed and delivered a variety of courses, helping thousands improve performance, and positively impact the bottom line in the telecom, pharmaceutical, and insurance industries. Serving on several CFMA committees and Task Forces, she collaborates with subject matter experts (SMEs), to deliver high-quality instruction that incorporates adult learning principles and styles. With a BA in Psychology and HR she became a Certified Professional in Learning & Performance from ATD and a Certified Career Coach andcontinues her professional development as an active member of ATD and the Facilitators SIG Peer Group. She is currently serving a 3rd term as President of The Folk Project, a local nonprofit.
