Instructional Designer, CFMA

As Director of Education, Elizabeth oversees the development and delivery of CFMA course content. A certified professional in learning and performance, she has developed and delivered a variety of courses, helping thousands improve performance, and positively impact the bottom line in the telecom, pharmaceutical, and insurance industries. Serving on several CFMA committees and Task Forces, she collaborates with subject matter experts (SMEs), to deliver high quality instruction that incorporates adult learning principles and styles. With a BA in Psychology and HR from the College of St. Elizabeth in NJ, she earned her CPLP – Certified Professional in Learning & Performance from ATD in 21; became a Certified Career Coach in 216, and continues her professional development as an active local ATD chapter and Peer Group member. She is currently serving a 2nd term as President of The Folk Project, a local nonprofit.
