Eric Stutz

Eric oversees the construction practice and the franchise tax practice for our Rocky Mountain region. He specializes in helping clients maximize their tax efficiency. He has extensive experience providing tax, accounting, and business advisory services and helping clients implement leading-edge sustainable business practices, techniques, and strategies. His expertise includes business structuring, taxation of flow-through entities, and debt restructuring. He lists as his greatest accomplishment contributing to the growth of both the construction and franchise practices. He is a member of the AICPA, Colorado Society of CPAs, the Colorado Contractors Association (president of the Associate Council), and the Rocky Mountain Surety Association (board member). He received his B.S. in accounting from George Mason University.
