Gil Egle has been practicing law in Colorado for thirty-eight years and is a partner in the law firm of Preeo Silverman Green & Egle, P.C. He is admitted to practice in Colorado and Wyoming. He is a member of the Denver and Colorado Bar Associations, and the Colorado Bar Association Construction Law Section. Gil is also a member of the Wyoming State Bar. Over the years Gil has been a frequent speaker on construction topics to contractors and other construction professionals. For the past sixteen years Gil has been the managing editor of the Colorado Bar Association publication, Liens and Claims in Colorado. He is also the author for the Colorado section of the internet publication, “Lien Law Online,” which can be found at www.lienlawonline.com. Gil is a member of the Colorado Contractors Association, the Construction Financial Management Association, AGC of Wyoming and the Wyoming Construction Coalition and the Rocky Mountain Surety Association. Gil represents construction clients in business, litigation, and other construction matters. His construction practice includes representation of owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in contract drafting and negotiations, mechanics’ liens, verified claims, litigation, and arbitration involving construction claims, disputes and related issues.
