As a Senior Risk, Safety, and Learning Manager at CF Jordan Construction, Grace Herrera directs the risk/safety management functions, including safety management systems, quality, wellness initiatives, insurance, and litigation. She also monitors all CF Jordan jobsites and ensures her staff assists all project field personnel in being compliant with all safety and environmental local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA, DOT, and EPA. Grace works closely with the project management team, owners, insurance carriers, subcontractors, and all governing agencies to ensure projects are in compliance and achieving the overall goal.
Grace has more than five years’ experience in the construction industry and seven years’ experience in general construction safety. She has been with CF Jordan for five years and has helped in the development and implementation of various safety and risk management programs to further the company’s success.
Grace has written for CFMA Building Profits and is a member of AGC and the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE).
