Grant Irvine

S&B USA Construction

Grant Ervin leads S&B USA’s external relations and sustainability initiatives, coordinating messaging, enhancing brand recognition, and integrating sustainability into S&B’s mission and business goals through external partnerships and internal project teams. With over 20 years of experience integrating Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practices into organizational project delivery platforms, he previously served as the Chief Resilience Officer and Assistant Director for Pittsburgh's Department of City Planning. In this role, he contributed significantly to making Pittsburgh a smart, sustainable, and resilient city by fostering partnerships, leveraging assets, and finding creative solutions. Grant serves as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (RSA) Manufactures and Commerce and as a Climate Advisor for Resource X. He holds a MPIA from the University of Pittsburgh – Graduate School of Public and International Affairs, a BA from Washington and Jefferson College, and his ESG Executive Certificate through Wharton Executive Education.
