Heidi Nelson is a Commercial Banker with Pinnacle Financial Partners. A 29-year banking veteran, Heidi joined Pinnacle in 2021. Heidi has a well-rounded background ranging from credit risk management and financial analysis to relationship management and business development in both Private Wealth and Commercial Banking. She has advised a broad range of industries including manufacturing and distribution as well as service industries, contractors, investor real estate, and high net worth individuals. Prior to joining Pinnacle Financial Partners, she spent 11 years with Wells Fargo and predecessor banks as a Commercial Banking Leader and Loan Team Manager and 17 years with SunTrust Bank in both Relationship Management and Risk Administration roles. Heidi resides with her family in Marietta, Georgia and is actively involved in numerous community organizations and is on the Board of Directors of Cure Childhood Cancer.
