James Dudt is Gilbane Building Company’s business leader in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. James drives Gilbane’s growth and presence in the western Pennsylvania market and oversees all projects and employees in the local area. He focuses on client advocacy and delivering projects that leave a lasting impact on the community. James has over 16 years of experience and holds a mechanical engineering degree from Grove City College. He has served two terms as president of the Pittsburgh chapter of ASHRAE, is a teaching consultant to the school of architecture at Carnegie Mellon University, serves as the president of the alumni association at Grove City College, and serves on the local planning commission in North Bethlehem Township.
