Jamie is the Director of Human Resources at Mascaro Construction Company. She is a seasoned HR Leader and Project Management professional, with a proven track record of operational management success. Jamie leads and manages Human Resources, to include corporate wellness, internship & co-op programming, for a leading $500M general contracting firm. Before joining Mascaro, Jamie worked as a Senior Operations Manager at Steelsmith, Inc. Here she led and supervised all Steelsmith business entities, to include Finance, Human Resource Marketing, Operations and the Project Management Office, while improving procedures, metrics and processes. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from Geneva College and an MBA in Management from Point Park University.
