Jason earned his B.S. in Finance from the University of Northern Colorado. He started his insurance/surety career as a producer for Country Financial from December 2004 through May 2006. He then joined Flood and Peterson from May 2006 through June 2019 where he was top producer, owner, and on the Board of Directors. In June of 2019, Jason formed Innovise Business Consultants. Innovise is a group of trusted advisors providing our clients with the agility of an independent agency and the capabilities of large national brokers. Their values guide them in everything they do - Partnership, Bold, Impact and Agile. Innovise handles a large client base of Construction, Real Estate and Energy Companies including large firms with over $1 billion in sales and very complex risk management needs. Jason has designed and orchestrated programs for construction companies in high growth mode and difficult, turn-around situations. Jason has an unmatched passion for helping his clients with overall business success through identifying, controlling, and mitigating risk. He has worked with large companies risks that do business all over the world. He holds a Construction Risk & Insurance Specialist [CRIS] designation. He is a long-time member of Colorado Succeeds.
