Jeff is President of PAS, Inc. (www.pas1.com), which specializes in compensation research and consulting for the construction industry, in Saline, MI. Jeff has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry and is a member of AGC, ABC, CFMA, SHRM, AICPA, and WorldatWork. He is a past Secretary of CFMA and currently serves on CFMA’s Benchmarker and Publications Advisory Committees. Jeff is also a member of AGC’s Open Shop and Union committees. He is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University.
