Joe England is Vice President of Construction at Allan Myers and has been involved in the construction industry from “boots on the ground” to senior leadership. He has worked as a laborer, equipment operator, field manager, project manager, superintendent, general superintendent, construction manager, senior vice president and chief operating officer. His knowledge and experience with developing win-win customer relationships and effective contract negotiations has evolved over his 37 years in private negotiated work. He has collaborated with clients across the spectrum from small private owners to national builders. His strong work ethic, combined with his expertise in all aspects of heavy civil construction, has built a career about which Joe is truly passionate.
