John Eardley is the leader of Crowe's Michigan State and Local Tax practice in Grand Rapids. John’s primary focus is state and local income/franchise and sales & use tax consulting, controversy, and planning. John is an award-winning accountant with more than 25 years of experience, including seven years at a multinational public company tax department. John has represented clients in all forms of Michigan administrative review, including the Michigan Tax Tribunal, informal conference and Alternative Dispute Resolution. He has presented multiple sessions for various organizations, including CFMA, MICPA and COST. John served as a Subject Matter Expert for CFMA's 2023 Guide to State Tax Laws.
