Jose Parra CCIFP, MBA, CAS

Jose is a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP), dominating areas like critical financial analysis, bonding, internal controls, equipment fleet management, manufacturing facilities, project controls, and risk management. As a former hands-on CFO and leader of multiple Joint Venture teams that completed projects like the Airport Link Metrorail (Orange Line), 826/836 interchange, and Palmetto Express lanes, he has gained experience in Joint Venture management, project team building, and implementing Construction Accounting software. Currently, as the CEO of MGH Consulting, Jose provides Fractional CFO services for multiple construction companies. Jose holds an MBA with a specialization in Real Estate from Florida International University, Jose is a member of the Board of Trustees of CCIFP, a member of the Board of Directors at the CFMA South Florida Chapter, and was named in 2023 the Chapter’s Champion of the CFMA Miami-Dade and South Florida Chapters.
