Kristy Domboski

Kristy Domboski, CFMA: As editor of CFMA Building Profits, Kristy is responsible for the budget, content creation, editorial process, staff, volunteer contributors, and print and digital publication of CFMA Building Profits — CFMA's award-winning magazine. Supervise the content creation and ensure editorial standards are maintained, oversee the editorial review of other communication and marketing materials for CFMA.

Kristy also serves as an at-large director on the board for Construction Industry Alliance for Suicide Prevention. The Construction Industry Alliance for Suicide Prevention (CIASP) was born out of necessity in response to a statistics released in a CDC study ranking construction as the #1 industry for deaths by suicide. Established by the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) in 2016 to shatter the stigma surrounding mental health issues, CIASP became a stand alone 501(c)(3) organization in 2018 to raise awareness about suicide prevention and provide resources and tools to create a zero suicide industry by uniting and supporting the construction community.

As a member of CFMA's Suicide Prevention Committee, Kristy works with CFMA volunteers to support suicide prevention efforts at the chapter, member, and company level.
