A Principal, Linda leads BerryDunn’s Construction Practice where she provides audit, review, accounting and consulting services to commercial clients primarily in the construction, engineering and services industries. Linda’s deep industry experience allows her to provide clients with innovative solutions based on industry-specific best practices. She helps clients with a variety of issues including merger and acquisition accounting and due diligence, unusual transaction accounting, debt and loan agreement optimization, foreign operations and transactions, and regulatory audits of overhead rates and cost compliance. Linda serves CFMA as a member of National’s Executive, Investment and Emerging Issues Committees and is a current and founding member of the NH Chapter’s board.
