Additionally, she holds a master’s degree from Concordia University-Townsend Institute in Executive Coaching & Consulting. Her past work includes leadership developmental coaching, workshop and training facilitation, talent management systems development, team development sessions, DEI (Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion) strategy, and change management.
