Mark Aiello is a Partner and Trial Attorney with Foley & Lardner LLP, where he is Co-Chair of the firm's Automotive Industry Team and an active member of the Construction Practice. His focus is on commercial litigation and business transactions, including business debtor and creditor matters, and his experience ranges from representing large businesses in complex litigation to counseling small, closely held businesses concerning a wide range of commercial matters.

He also has considerable experience in commercial matters, having coauthored leading treatises on contract and commercial law. Mark has particular knowledge representing and advising automotive suppliers and contractors in contractual matters, including representation with business planning, as a debtor or creditor, and in complex litigation.

Mark received his JD cum laude from the University of Notre Dame and his Bachelor's degree in Finance with high honors from Michigan State University. He is a past director of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan, and has been included in the Michigan Super Lawyers® list for business litigation. Mark has written a number of published materials on business matters.
