Martell Dyles, is the Senior Manager of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for JE Dunn’s West Region offices including locations in Portland, Denver, Colorado Springs, Northern California, and Phoenix.
Martell has over 16 years of experience with a strong track record of delivering sustainable results in inclusive economic development, inclusive employee outreach and development, supplier diversity, equity workforce development, internal and external community relations, and diverse recruiting. Martell is also involved in many professional, community, and civic organizations including Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO).
Martell holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida, a BS in Business Administration – Entertainment from Full Sail University, and an MS in Management and Leadership focused on Organizational Design and Development from Purdue University. He is a skilled professional with a wide range of expertise.
