In her role as Senior Vice President and Unit Leader in the Founders’ Series Construction and Design Practice, Megan is responsible for all aspects of the client experience. Megan leads the risk management strategy, insurance program placement, and overall client servicing for construction companies, design and engineering firms, and project owners. Megan works with firms that have both domestic and international operations ranging in size from startups to ENR top 100 companies. In addition to spearheading client strategy and risk financing, she leads a dynamic team of seasoned insurance professionals who service clients’ daily needs. Megan is a proactive leader and client advocate who helps her customers make informed decisions about how to manage and finance their risk.
Megan joined Lockton in 2012 from Zurich, where she was a territory manager in the construction division. While at Zurich, she oversaw all lines of coverage including but not limited to property, builder’s risk, professional liability, Subguard®, casualty, and controlled insurance programs. Her time at Zurich and Lockton has provided Megan with in-depth construction insurance product knowledge that enables her to consult with her clients on complex risk and insurance-related issues.
