Melissa Gill

Owner, On-Site Solutions Physical Therapy

Melissa received her under graduate degree in Business and Marketing from the University of Minnesota-Duluth, in Duluth, MN. After realizing her passion for physical therapy, she received her Masters in Physical Therapy degree from the University of Mary, in Bismarck, ND in 1998. She returned to school to complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2009, from St. Catherine University, in St. Paul, MN. Throughout the years she has worked in a variety of settings, with orthopedics as her area of concentration. She has focused her practice of orthopedics to work related injuries and assisting injured workers back to work. Melissa opened her own business in 2008 to provide on-site physical therapy, injury prevention and early intervention, and wellness education at the work-site. She is passionate in assisting the segment of the population that ignores their health issues…until its too late. She loves presenting topics and education in a unique and engaging manner. Her company spans across the country with onsite physical therapists and telemedicine to triage aches and pains and to provide ergonomics, education, and health and wellness programming. Her clients include large construction and manufacturing companies in the US and with such clients as Facebook/Meta, Marvin Windows, Room and Board, and Tennant. She graduated from the SBA Emerging Leaders, SBA Interise Connect, has been an active member in the APTA (American Physical Therapy Association) for 12 years and the WBDC (Womens Business Development Center) for the past 7 years. She is married, has 4 kids, and spends her free time running and training for local 10K to half marathon races.
