Michael R. Preyss

Michael Preyss is Chief Financial Officer at True North Real Estate, which owns government real estate across the US. Previously, he served 10 years as CFO for a large self-performing commercial GC and construction manager. Michael has a career of leadership in all aspects of financial management and reporting, deal acquisition and disposition, HR and IT. Michael is an active member of CFMA’s Central Indiana chapter and was a past Chapter President. He is a native of Atlanta, Georgia and now resides in the Indianapolis, Indiana area. Michael holds two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Georgia, a Masters from Purdue University’s Krannert Graduate School of Management, and a Masters of Health Administration from the Indiana University School of Medicine. In his free time, Michael enjoys flying and spending time with his wife and their three kids.
