Michelle Eastman is the Chief Financial Officer of North Mechanical Contracting, Inc., North Mechanical Services, Inc., and several other related entities based in Indianapolis, IN. North Mechanical’s entities specialize in mechanical construction and service including pipe and sheet metal fabrication. Prior to joining North in 2014, Michelle worked for several other construction firms, including multiple general contractors and a residential homebuilder. A member of CFMA since 2004, Michelle currently serves as CFMA’s Vice Chairman. Michelle has previously served as Chairman of the Chapter Resource Committee and Chairman of the Spring Creek Task Force as well as having served as a member of the Executive Committee, Finance Committee, Peer Group Task Force, Leadership Development Task Force, and Governance Task Force. Locally, Michelle has served CFMA’s Central Indiana Chapter as president, executive vice president, vice president, and secretary, as well as a member of its Education Committee. Michelle is an alumnus of both CFMA’s National Mentoring Program and CFMA at Spring Creek, and she has been a member of a CFMA Peer Group since that program’s inception. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business in Accounting from the University of Phoenix.
