Monica Donatelli

Monica provides IMA’s clients with consultative perspective on their business within the surety marketplace. She advises on and negotiates with appropriate surety partners to provide optimal surety programs to support each unique client’s current and future business strategies. As department manager, Monica is responsible for surety carrier relations and oversees client surety programs, surety contract review, bond execution, approval, and delivery along with managing Subcontractor Default Insurance programs and servicing. Monica and the surety team participate with the other IMA teams to ensure efficient and effective coordination of all IMA services for the benefit of our client partners.

Monica joined IMA in 2010 after over a decade in the banking industry. She actively serves in leadership roles both nationally and locally within the surety industry along with involvement in construction and financial industry associations. Monica is a graduate of the National Association of Surety Bond Producers Surety Schools and maintains her P&C Insurance Agent licensure in all 50 US states. Monica received an undergraduate bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Wichita State University and holds a Master’s in Business Administration Degree from Baker University.
