Nathan Beyler is passionate about employee ownership. He is currently CFO of Pavement Recycling Systems (PRS) which was established as an ESOP from its founding in 1989 and has been 100% employee owned since 2008. Nathan established his career by servicing many ESOP clients, including PRS, as their CPA in an external audit and financial advisory capacity where he promoted ESOPs and assisted clients as they transitioned to the ESOP structure. After leaving public practice as a CPA, Nathan worked for private companies in the homebuilding and building products markets before joining PRS again as CFO. During his nine year tenure at PRS, revenues have more than tripled and share price increased by a CAGR of 15.5%. This growth was achieved through a combination of acquisition, green field, and organic initiatives. When not helping PRS grow value for employee shareholders, Nathan stays very active challenging himself in one of the many outdoor activities he enjoys, most recently learning to Wing Foil. By far Nathan’s true source of joy and happiness come from spending time with his wife and children.
